Who do you typically work with? My specialism is executive level and above: VP, SVP, C-suite, NED and Chair. Clients come to me for their next executive role, a first board appointment or a portfolio career. If you need a writer for a mid-management role, I can recommend someone I've known and trusted for years.
What's the difference between an executive CV and a board / NED CV? An executive CV shows what you've led and delivered: business performance, P&L responsibility, transformation and the scale of your role. A board or NED CV focuses on governance, independent judgement and the experience you'd bring to a board. The reader is looking for different things, so I write them as separate documents.
How does the process work? Send me an enquiry, email or WhatsApp with a little about what you need. We'll agree the package and price, arrange payment and choose a consultation time. After our conversation, I write the first draft and we work through your feedback together. Typical delivery times are listed with each package.
Will my CV still sound like me? Yes. The consultation helps me understand how you talk about your work as well as what you've achieved. I'll make the writing clearer and cut unnecessary detail, but it still needs to sound like you. You read the drafts and tell me what feels right and what doesn't.
Do you write LinkedIn profiles too? Yes. I rewrite your headline, About section and experience so recruiters and headhunters can understand your background and find relevant experience. You can choose The LinkedIn Overhaul on its own, or have it included with either CV package.
How much does it cost? The LinkedIn Overhaul starts from £595, The Executive Reset from £995, and The Board & Executive Suite from £1,750. What if I'm not actively job hunting yet? You don't need to be looking for a role right now. Some clients want their CV and LinkedIn ready for a headhunter's call; others are thinking about a board role further down the line. We can work towards either.
Do you outsource the work? No. I write your documents myself. You work with me from the consultation through to the final edits, and we keep working on them until you're happy.
Do you use AI to write the documents? No. I write your CV, LinkedIn profile and bio myself, using what we discuss in the consultation. Understanding your responsibilities, achievements and next move is part of the work you're paying me to do.
How do you protect my confidentiality? I know you may still be in a role and want to keep your plans private. I treat our conversations and documents as confidential, and I don't name clients publicly without permission. CV uploads are stored privately. My privacy policy explains how enquiry information is handled.
How will we work together? Your consultation is 60 minutes for The LinkedIn Overhaul or 90 minutes for either CV package. We talk through your experience and what you're aiming for, then I write and we review the drafts together. Typical delivery is 3-5 working days for LinkedIn, 5-7 for The Executive Reset and 7-10 for The Board & Executive Suite.
What results can I expect? I can't promise a job offer or a board appointment. My job is to make your experience easier for recruiters, search firms and boards to understand. One recent client planned a three-month search and secured a new role seven weeks into our work together. That's one client's experience, not a guaranteed timescale.
